It is with heavy hearts that we share Kelly Norman Jr.'s story once again, in honor of his mother, Carrie. Carrie tragically lost her battle to cancer, still grieving the loss of her beloved son, and never seeing justice served in his case. We hope that by sharing Kelly's story once again, we can bring renewed attention to the case.
It's been 17 years since Kelly Norman Jr.'s tragic death in Fostoria, Ohio, and his family is still seeking justice. On February 28th, 2006, the 16-year-old boy was killed in a hit and run, leaving his loved ones devastated. Kelly was a fun-loving teenager with a caring family, and his loss has left a permanent void in their lives. Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of law enforcement, the case remains unsolved. Kelly's family deserves closure, and any information, no matter how small, could be the key to bringing the person responsible to justice.
