John Doe

On Valentine’s Day 1975, a couple found the body of a teenage boy hanging from a tree along Highway 23, south of Belle Chasse, Louisiana. The boy, around 16-17 years old, 6 feet tall, and 160 pounds, had brown hair, brown eyes, and slightly protruding front teeth. He wore a maroon and yellow shirt, blue pants, mismatched socks, and no shoes.

A bedsheet tied into a slip knot was used, and his death was ruled a suicide. A sealed jar with a suicide note was found at the base of the tree. Despite a national search and over 300 families visiting to identify him, John Doe remains unidentified. One family thought he was their missing son, Charles Wallace Jr., but his mother confirmed he was not.

Anne Faber

In September 29th 2017, Anne Faber, a young woman from Soest, Netherlands, embarked on a bike ride to Den Dolder. 

Anne sent a selfie to her boyfriend, indicating her attempt to brave the rain en route to her destination. This would be the last communication from her. Concern grew when she failed to return, prompting her family to report her missing immediately.

For ten agonizing days, Anne's loved ones, along with authorities, scoured the area in search of any trace of her. The discovery of Anne's coat on October 3rd, followed by her bike on October 5th, and her backpack on October 6th, only deepened the sense of dread and urgency.

On October 9th, a breakthrough came when suspect Michael Panhuis was arrested under suspicion of involvement in Anne's disappearance. Shockingly, just two days later, he confessed to the crime.

The disappearance of Anne Faber and the subsequent arrest and confession sent shockwaves through the community and raised questions about safety and security. The Andersons

In April 2000, a seemingly ordinary family vanished without a trace, leaving behind a trail of unanswered questions and heartache. Lesley Allen, a 45-year-old mother, along with her three children, Rachel (13), Cameron (12), and Kyle (9), disappeared under mysterious circumstances, leaving their loved ones devastated.

The disappearance unfolded in a bewildering series of events. Lesley was due in court for a visitation arrangement concerning her children's father, Jeff Anderson. When she failed to appear, Jeff grew concerned and reached out to Lesley's roommate for answers. Initially, the roommate claimed Lesley had left with a truck driver, taking her three younger children with her. However, the story soon changed, with the roommate stating that Lesley and the children had departed in her own brown station wagon.

Despite persistence of the family looking for answers, there has been no sign of Lesley or her children in over two decades. The police's lack of urgency has only added to the families anguish.

As they probed deeper, disturbing connections emerged. It became and apparent that nearly everyone present at the party had strong ties to the local law enforcement community. This revelation raised serious concerns about potential conflicts of interest and biases in the investigation. Despite mounting pressure, authorities seemed reluctant to pursue the case with the diligence it deserved, leaving Tamla’s loved ones frustrated and suspicious.
